VinLoop Vinyl Mesh Wet Area Mat

DESIGN:
This is very versatile product that could be used by a swimming pool, in a shower or by an entrance door. It is manufactured by extruding vinyl to thin, spaghetti-like threads and fusing them together into a solid berber-like vinyl mesh matting. Standard thickness of the product is 3/8 of an inch. Due to popular demand we will start ordering these mats made out of thinner threads so they are a bit softer and more comfortable to walk on with bare feet.

CUSTOMIZATION:

Max Size LENGTH:
We have them made in rolls of 40 feet so maximum length of one piece be no longer than 40 feet. Keep in mind that the material weight is close to a pound per square foot so moving around a large piece of VinLoop may be very difficult.

Max Size WIDTH:
We stock them in 4 foot wide rolls only. We use 4 foot rolls to cut 3-food-wide mats as well and this is why our 3 and 4 foot mats have the same price. If you need multiple pieces that are 2-feet-wide or less, we may be able to use the material more efficiently.

Borders:
As a standard they come with unfinished borders. It is just a straight cut and due to how the mat is made it looks perfectly good. Vinyl mesh is fused together so it will not come undone as a regular carpet would. If needed the beveled edge can be glued at extra cost to one or two opposing sides. They are not necessary as mesh mats would lay flat without them, but if you have something like a cart with smaller wheels that needs to roll onto the runner – these may be useful.


Custom shapes:
We will cut for you only rectangular shapes. However, mesh matting is easy to cut. You just need it to bring it to the room temperature and it becomes soft enough to cut but not too soft to stick to the blade. You will need a utility knife with a new blade and you will be able to slice through them.

Colors:
Our standard colors are Blue, Grey, Black and Brown. Occasionally we may have other colors but only when we get a custom order and are able to order few extra rolls for other customers. Custom colors are available only with 20-30 roll order and about 3-5 month lead time.

MAINTENANCE:
To clean these shower mats you can use any solution/chemical that you use to clean your showers with. On harder to remove stains / residue you may need to use a stiff brush. These mats can be washed with pressure washer. If using a pressure washer that is capable of higher than 1500 PSI – keep the nozzle at least 12 inches away from the mat.
