VinTread Wet Area Drainage Mats

DESIGN:
A little bit over an inch-wide treads with ribbed texture on the top glued joined with flexible vinyl ribbons on the bottom. Treads are made of rigid plastic that provides support while ribbons on the bottom keep them together and allow the product to be rolled up when/ needed. More appropriate use is indoors. If used outside, we recommend using them only in places where they will be in the shade. Direct sunlight may result in discoloration and treads being made of dense material absorb more heat making them uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet.


CUSTOMIZATION:

Max Size LENGTH:
Maximum length of a piece is limited to our standard roll size which is 40 feet. Top treads are pretty hard and very difficult to cut through so actual length of ordered piece may vary up to 0.75 on an inch. If you find your mat too long for your application, no big deal. Bottom ribbons are easy to slice through so you will be able to cut 1 or more threads off, making the mat fit.

Max Size WIDTH:
We stock this shower matting only in 3-foot-wide rolls. Treads are difficult su slice through but it is possible to saw them and break them off after making shallow incision on the top surface. However it usually results in unfinished edge that is not pretty. If that works for your situation – great! If not – it is better to look for another, easier to cut product.

Custom shapes:
Since treads are not designed to be cut, this product only can be rectangular shape.

Colors:
Our standard colors are Blue, Grey and Brown. Custom colors are possible only with minimum of 20-30 full roll order and about 3-5 month lead time.

MAINTENANCE:
To clean these shower mats you can use any solution/chemical that you use to clean your showers with. On harder to remove stains / residue you may need to use a stiff brush. These mats can be washed with pressure washer. If using a pressure washer that is capable of higher than 1500 PSI – keep the nozzle at least 12 inches away from the mat.
