What file format should I send for my logo?
We recommend high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. If you don’t have a vector version, send the best quality raster image available (JPG or PNG) and we’ll review it for print suitability.

Can I get a proof before ordering?
Yes. Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive an art proof for review. No mats go into production until you’ve signed off on the final design.

Are logo mats returnable?
No. Because they are custom-made, all logo mats are final sale and non-refundable once production begins. Please double-check dimensions, orientation, and logo artwork before approving your proof.

What sizes are available?
Most logo mats are custom-sized. Depending on the product, widths can range up to 8 feet and lengths up to 25 feet or more. Odd shapes and corner cuts may be available upon request.

Are beveled or safety edges available?
Yes. Many logo mats can be finished with square, beveled, or ramped edges to help reduce tripping hazards and improve appearance. We'll discuss your edge options during the quoting process.
