VinTube mats are designed to be durable, comfortable and highly effective at draining water from wet surfaces. They function well as locker room mats, sauna floor mats, swimming pool mats, and more. Made from food-grade vinyl and not latex, VinTube offers a reliable, long-lasting drainage solution suitable for indoor or outdoor use and comfortable under bare feet. Mats can be cut to your exact sizing requirements and are also easy to trim on-site with a utility knife to accommodate pipes or fixtures.

Note: VinTube matting is not recommended for exterior use during winter in regions with snowfall. Smooth tubes may be slippery under snow and present a slip hazard.

Affordable pricing, attractive design and comfort under bare feet make VinTube one of the most popular drainage mats on the market.   DESIGN: VinTube features hollow vinyl tubes densely welded or glued to perpendicular hollow support tubes made from the same material. This open-tube duckboard construction allows water to drain easily while the smooth tubes remain comfortable under bare feet. The top layer sits approximately 1/4" above the floor, promoting airflow and faster evaporation underneath the mat. Factors contributing to VinTube’s durability include: Use of proper materials: These mats are built to resist disintegration even in direct sunlight. Drainage mats are frequently used in outdoor showers, near swimming pools, on pool decks and in other high-UV environments. Unlike competing products, VinTube is made from materials well suited for outdoor exposure and will last several years before showing signs of wear. If not used in direct sunlight, they may last decades. Strong adhesion between top and bottom tubes: At roughly 0.90 lb per square foot, sturdy adhesion between layers is essential to ensure the mat doesn’t come apart when moved. Several manufacturers we tested failed in this regard. We ultimately partnered with a factory producing a superior-quality product, and durability issues have been resolved. CUSTOMIZATION: We stock 3 ft and 4 ft wide rolls, each 39 ft long. Standard colors include blue, black, gray and tan, and small quantities of green and red are often available. Maximum mat size is limited to the largest roll available. Because the product weighs nearly a pound per square foot, very large pieces may be difficult to move. Fortunately, VinTube is easy to cut on-site with a utility knife. When uncertain, ordering slightly oversized pieces and trimming during installation is recommended.   MAINTENANCE: The smooth-surfaced PVC is easy to clean and non-porous, making it resistant to stains and inhibiting bacterial or fungal growth. Rinsing with a mild bleach solution is often sufficient. For deeper cleaning, use standard shower-cleaning solutions and a brush. VinTube can also be washed with a pressure washer - use caution with equipment capable of over 1500 PSI.
