EM-70 series Drain-Well grates
Reversible
entrance mats which is excellent choice for indoor use in light to heavy traffic areas
and commercial or institutional facilities such as schools, medical buildings
and hospitals, office, hotels, restaurants and more. Made of aluminum with moisture-absorbing
recycled rubber inserts which used from discarded airplane tires. Easy to clean
and maintain, it can be flipped over to extend the product life.

Dirt and debris gets trapped beneath the surface level, so it can be used in
heavy traffic areas where cleaning would be done rarely.

Panel Size – 96” wide x 26” long
Panel width is limited by the length of the tread (96 inch) and (26
inch) length is maximum single section recommended by the manufacturer.
Although, it may be made longer, but manufacturer does not recommend to make
each section larger. Also, handling larger size panel would get heavy due to
the weight and it more likely to be damaged during the handling.

Rail Material
Aluminum alloy 6063-T6, dividers and end retainers are made of 20%
recycled aluminum. Rail finishes are available in Mill or 201-R1 Clear
Anodized. Also, wires are made of steel with 30 to 35 micron thick cold
galvanized coating.

Recycled Rubber Inserts
Rubber strips are constructed from 100% post consumer recycled rubber. These
rubber strips cut from discarded airplane tires and have identical buffed top
and bottom surfaces with woven nylon fibers which allows the maximum
absorption.

Moisture Absorption: Extra weight compared to dry state.

2. After 1 hour: 2.70 oz/ft2 (821.88 gr/m2)
3. After 24 hours: .51 oz/ft2 (156.41 gr/m2)

Reversible
The entrance mats are designed reversible,
so it can be flipped over for double the product life.

Heel-proof Design
With 3/16 inch gap between treads it will not act as a trap for heels and would still let dirt and debris to be trapped beneath the mat's surface.

Entrance mats are open or closed construction which means that dirt and debris stays on the top surface for easy cleaning, this option allows for increased drainage and dirt removal. Is constructed as closed construction with double rubber insert. These inserts are assembled onto .093" galvanized steel retaining wire and wire spacing is 1.496 inches. With aluminum rail construction, this mat is available with an optional cross beam support system for the highest load capacity. Manufacturing process prevents exact alignment of aluminum profiles and rubber inserts between adjacent sections. Factory will fabricate mats 3/16" smaller than exact dimensions for a more precise alignment. (Mats over 16 square feet may require sectioning)

Recessed frame RGF-250 is available in Mill Finish Aluminum, as well as Clear, Bronze or Black Anodized finishes.
