RG-250 drain-well series entrance grate

With roll-back capability, is great choice for heavy traffic interior or covered exterior areas and commercial or institutional facilities. Made of aluminum with perforated vinyl hinge construction. Whole variaty of insert options would satisfy any taste and suit any interior / exterior . RG-250 grate carries the strongest rolling loads up to 1,000 lbs. per wheel.
FEATURES :
Thickness (height) - 3/4”
Moisture and dirt scrapes off shoes and gets trapped below the surface level, so it can be used for heavy traffic interior or covered exterior areas where cleaning would need to be done rarely.
Panel Size – 144 ” wide x 96 ” long
Panel width is limited by the length of the tread (144 inch) and (96 inch) length is maximum single section recommended by the manufacturer. Custom sizes are available, but manufacturer does not recommend to make each section larger than suggested. Also, handling larger size very heavy panels would get complicated and they would be more likely to get damaged during handling.
Rail Material
Made of extruded aluminum alloy 6105-T5, RG-250 is fabricated from at least 70% recycled aluminum material. Rail finishes are available in Mil finish (standard), Clear Anodized, Medium Bronze Anodized, Black Anodized finishes. Quiet vinyl hinge connecting the aluminum rails to minimize clatter.

Allows the matting to be rolled for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Heel-proof Design
With 3/16 inch tight gap between the treads, it will not act as a trap for heels and all shoe types. Still lets dirt and debris to be trapped below the mat's surface level.
All-weather Application
Pawling RG-250 drain-well series mats are excellent choice for keeping the water, dirt and debris from getting into your building from outside. Trapping grime is easier with drain-well series mats and it can be cleaned quick and easy.
Easy Cleaning and Maintenance
Entrance mat is with perforated hinge which means that dirt and debris stays beneath the top surface for easy cleaning, this option allows for increased drainage and dirt removal. After brushing and/ or sweeping the mat it provides easy access to the dirt and debris to be cleaned out of the opening or floor. Pawling RG-250 grate will keep your facility clean and safe.

Solution dyed 100% nylon carpet, density of 33.8 oz/sqyd . It is available in variety of colors. Carpet fibers fusion-bonded to two-ply backing strips. Carpet fibers incorporate anti-stain (Teflon), anti-static, and anti-microbial features.

Bristle filament carpet insert it is solution dyed polypropylene fibers with 50% blend of 600/12-denier multi filament and 595/D1 monofilament. There are five available manufacturer's standard colors for inserts, also fibers are waterproof and involve UV inhibitors for exterior use. Excellent indoor and outdoor performance.

DESCRIPTION :
Panel Construction: RG-250
Constructed as open construction with perforated vinyl hinge, assembled onto vinyl cushion for superior noise reduction, 3/4 " deep for increased drainage ability. It is 100% solution dyed nylon fiber with 1/4" finish pile height 33.8 oz per sq. yd in rigid backing. With aluminum rail construction, this mat is available with an optional SSF-250 recessed frame. Manufacturing requires that exact mat opening dimensions be provded. Factory will fabricate mats 1/4" smaller than exact opening dimensions to allow for exact fit. (Mats over 48 square feet may require sectioning)
