Designed for durability, it features aluminum tread rails connected by a quiet perforated vinyl hinge to help reduce clatter. Tread Insert: Maxi-Tuft Long Wear (MLW)

Maxi-Tuft Long Wear inserts are made from spaced-dyed, 100% polyamide nylon with tetra-lobal fibers. They feature a density of 30 oz/sq. yd and are fusion bonded to a two-ply backing. These inserts are designed for durability and include anti-stain, anti-static, and anti-microbial treatments.

Tread Insert: Rigid Corrugated Vinyl (RCV)

Rigid Corrugated Vinyl (RCV) inserts are made from rigid vinyl extrusion with a corrugated surface to improve slip resistance in demanding environments. They are UV-stabilized for color retention and are available in several standard colors from the manufacturer.

Tread Insert: Corrugated Aluminum (CA)

Corrugated Aluminum (CA) inserts are made from extruded aluminum alloy 6105-T5. The all-metal design features a corrugated surface that enhances slip resistance. Available in mill finish (natural aluminum color).

Tread Insert: Abrasive Aluminum (AA)

Abrasive Aluminum (AA) inserts are constructed from alloy 6105-T5 extruded aluminum with a factory-applied medium-grit abrasive for maximum slip resistance. These are ideal for entrances where grip and durability are essential. The aluminum is mill finish, and the abrasive strip is available in several standard colors.

Tread Insert: Bristle Filament (BF)

Bristle Filament (BF) inserts use solution-dyed polypropylene fibers, blending 600/12-denier multifilament and 595/D1 monofilament for durability and cleaning performance. These waterproof, UV-resistant inserts are designed for excellent outdoor and indoor use in all climates.

DESCRIPTION:

The EM-650 Rol-Dek is constructed with aluminum tread rails connected by a continuous rigid vinyl hinge that is perforated to facilitate effective drainage. A continuous flexible vinyl cushion is included to help reduce clatter and improve contact with the substrate.

The treads are spaced with a consistent 3/16" gap between them, and are positioned at 1-7/8" centers.

Because the tread and hinge widths are fixed, the final mat width may slightly exceed the specified dimensions. An optional vinyl nosing is available and can be trimmed to fit during installation. Trimming is easily done on-site with a sharp utility knife.
