The RGB-200 is a premium bronze alloy entrance grate designed for high-traffic commercial spaces including hotels, hospitals, offices, convention centers, and recreation facilities. The 13/16" thick design allows for significant debris capture beneath the walking surface. The grate is assembled using extruded bronze alloy treads mounted onto 5/16" steel rods, with high-density polyethylene spacers between each rail. Panel Construction

The RGB-200 is constructed using T-shaped extruded bronze alloy treads, mounted onto 5/16" steel rods spaced every 12 inches. High-density polyethylene spacers maintain proper spacing and provide acoustic isolation by allowing the panel to rest securely on the spacers rather than the treads.

Note: During construction, it is recommended to cover any poured recess with protective plywood to prevent damage. Before installing the panel, ensure the recess is clean and level for a flush and quiet fit.

Maintenance

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, lift the grate from the opening and clear debris from the recess. The panel may be cleaned with water, a firm brush, and general-purpose cleaning solutions. Always ensure the recess is flat and clean before reinstallation to avoid damage or noise.
