The Safe Track™ aluminum foot grille is a premium recessed entryway system designed for indoor and outdoor use in high-traffic commercial environments. Constructed with heavy-gauge 6061-T6 aluminum and featuring cross-bolt technology and an anti-slip cross-cut square surface, this system offers excellent durability, traction, and architectural appeal. Panel Construction

Each panel is fabricated from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, with cross-cut tread surface and cross-bolt supports for long-term performance. Standard panel size is up to 48" (depth) x 42" (width). Custom shapes and configurations are available. Weight is approximately 5.5 lbs. per square foot.

Frame Options

VV Embedded Frame – For new concrete substrate installations. Features inverted "T" shape that anchors securely into the concrete. Fully welded at the factory for strength and alignment. Dividers and mechanical joints included for sections over 6' x 8'.

TT Overlap Frame – Retrofit "Z" shape frame for installation over finished surfaces like wood or tile. Welded construction ensures integrity. Sealant required around perimeter to prevent water infiltration.

AD Angle Frame – "L" shaped frame suitable for both new and retrofit installations. Offered in Level or Embedded configurations. Welded factory construction. Mechanical joints included for larger panels. Optional drain pans available.

Optional Drain Pan: Available in 20-gauge galvanized steel or aluminum. Must be specified at time of order.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Safe Track foot grille is simple. Sweep or vacuum debris regularly using a commercial-grade vacuum. For systems with drainage, ensure the pan and drainage channel are free of blockages. Deep clean by lifting panels and rinsing with water as needed. Mats must be reinstalled on a clean, flat surface to avoid damage or noise during use.
