The Ultra Track™ recessed floor grate is a 1" deep, heavy-duty entrance system engineered for high-traffic areas in both interior and exterior environments. Constructed from high-gauge 6061-T6 aluminum with cross-bolt support technology, it offers exceptional strength, anti-slip performance, and long-lasting visual appeal. This ADA-compliant grate system is ideal for public buildings, malls, hospitals, offices, colleges, universities, and recreation facilities.

Panel Construction

Ultra Track is fabricated from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum with linear rails supported by cross-bolted spacers for unmatched structural performance. Sections are made to order and can be customized for unique vestibule shapes.

Maximum section size: 48" (depth) x 42" (width) per panel
Multiple panels are used for larger areas.

Frame Options

• VV Embedded Frame – Inverted “T” shape for new concrete slab installations. Supplied with sound gasket. Welded construction for long-term alignment and strength.
• TT Overlap Frame – “Z” shaped frame for installation over finished floors (ideal for retrofits or wood). Requires silicone sealant around the perimeter to prevent water infiltration.
• AD Angle Frame – “L” shaped frame suitable for both new and retrofit installations. Available in “Level” or “Embedded” styles depending on your subfloor. Can be ordered with drain pans.

Drain Pan Options: 20-gauge galvanized steel or aluminum (optional; must be specified with order).

Maintenance

Safety: Use “Caution” and “Wet Floor” signage during cleaning. Refer to SDS for cleaning solutions.

Initial Cleaning

• Remove all construction dust and debris before installing panels.
• Vacuum or sweep the substrate to ensure a flat base for panel placement.

Routine Cleaning

• During winter months: Remove panels and clean the frames weekly.
• In other seasons: Clean monthly.
• Always check that debris isn’t trapped under or between rails.
• If the system includes a drain, confirm the drain remains unblocked.

Deep Cleaning

• Use a soapy water solution and a brush to clean rail surfaces.
• Allow panels to dry before reinstalling.

Do NOT: Apply waxes, buff, or strip the mat surface. These treatments are not suitable for Ultra Track panels.
