Description
VinGrate E-Clips
VinGrate is available in 3-foot and 4-foot roll widths. When an area wider than 4 feet must be covered, two or more VinGrate runners can be placed side by side and connected using VinGrate E-Clips.
E-Clips hold together the adjoining edges of VinGrate runners and can be removed and reused when the matting needs to be moved for cleaning. They are intended for installations where the matting rests on a hard floor surface.
For a secure and even connection, place the clips approximately every 10 to 12 inches along each seam.
How Many Clips Do I Need?
As a general guideline, use approximately one clip per linear foot of seam, plus one additional clip.
For example, a 10-foot seam normally requires approximately 11 clips.
Alternative Connection Method
Standard color-matched zip ties can also be used to join VinGrate sections. However, zip ties usually need to be cut when the matting is separated for cleaning and replaced before the sections are reconnected. E-Clips provide a faster, reusable alternative.
These clips are designed specifically for joining adjacent sections of VinGrate matting.
