Logo Mat Ordering Instructions

Ordering a personalized logo mat is easy — just follow the steps below. Because these mats are custom-made, all orders require a finalized quote and artwork approval prior to production.

1. Request a Quote
   Email us with the quantity, dimensions, and type of logo mat you're interested in, along with your logo file (preferably high-resolution). If you need a formal quote for purchasing or approval purposes, include your name, company name, and billing address. We will respond promptly with an estimate.
2. Confirm Your Order
   Once you're ready to proceed, simply reply to the estimate via email or phone. We will convert the quote into an invoice and send it to you for review.
3. Submit Payment & Approval
   Sign and return the invoice along with payment. You may email, fax, or mail the signed invoice, and payment can be submitted by check or credit card. Please note: All logo mats are custom and non-refundable.
4. Approve the Art Proof
   Within 2–4 business days of payment, we will send you a digital art proof for review. Please verify all layout, colors, spelling, and sizing. Once you confirm and approve the proof, your order will proceed to production.
5. Receive and Enjoy
   Your custom logo mat will be produced and shipped according to the lead time provided. Install with pride — your visitors and customers are sure to be impressed!
